Norris is a Ranger that appears in The Tournament at Gorlan. He is part of the "renegade Rangers" that Crowley and Halt recruit to take down Morgarath. He has a talent for fishing, which is shown in The Tournament at Gorlan when he lands a two-kilogram salmon.
