Nicholl was a former Ranger Commandant mentioned in The Tournament at Gorlan. He was Commander during King Oswald's reign until he was accused and framed of treachery and disloyalty to the crown by Morgarath. After Nicholl was found guilty and banished, Morgarath had Stilson, a puppet of his, installed as Commandant.
