Harvest Day is a day where people celebrate after the crops has been gathered and stored for the winter ahead. The Baron allows his people a holiday and the traveling fair comes to the castle, paid for by his own money. This day is shown in The Ruins of Gorlan when Will seeks out his old wardmates.

A large variety of booths, stalls, and games are set up just outside the castle walls and residents from all around the fief are able to come. It is assumed that this holiday is recognized throughout Araluen. People at the fair include fire-eaters, storytellers, jugglers, and singers. One activities mentioned in the Harvest Day at Redmont is where someone throws a hoop over a square. Will notes that the square seems larger than the hoops and says he hasn't seen anyone win at the game. Baron Arald himself admitted to his frustration at the game.
