History[]
Doutro is the former Gatmeister, or the highest-ranking official of Bayrath, and he was bribed by Zavac to arrest the Herons in exchange for eleven large gold coins. He threw the Herons in jail, and then had Hal beaten as he wanted to know the location of the strongbox which is where valuables are kept aboard the ship.
He was furious when they escaped. When they travelled back they heard news that Doutro had been assassinated and replaced.

He was not described in depth, but it is known he was probably a plump, short-tempered man in his forties.
